Guest Ratings & Reviews
I couldn't ask for a better location! Just steps away from Hagia Sophia, the hotel is surrounded by the most famous attractions in the area. The staff was incredibly friendly and always ready to assist with any request. The room was modern, spacious, and had a picturesque balcony overseeing Hagia Sophia. The only downside was the restaurant's limited availability during winter.
My stay at the hotel was quite pleasant overall. The rooms, though noisy due to proximity to reception, were clean and uniquely designed with a balcony offering a view of the Blue Mosque. They provided a comfortable retreat after a day of exploring. The service was fantastic, with extremely helpful and friendly staff willing to go the extra mile. The location was excellent, just a short walk from major attractions like Aya Sofia, Blue Mosque, and Topkapi Palace. The dining experience, offering a nice variety of options, was enhanced by attentive staff. However, some services, like dining, were available at an additional cost.
The hotel is perfectly located, just footsteps away from historical places like the Hagia Sophia and Blue Mosque. While the rooms didn't drain well and could be a bit risky for taller guests like me, the offer of free transportation to the airport upon check-out is a nice touch.
The hotel is centrally located in Sultanahmet, making it super convenient for sightseeing around the area. The rooms are spacious and have a balcony, which I loved, especially being 1.95m tall. The service was top-notch, with staff always going the extra mile. However, the dining options were limited, and the restaurant was closed in winter, which was a downside.
The hotel's rooms were of good size; however, they were not soundproof. Having a window we could open on the 2nd floor was fantastic as it offered a view of Agia Sofia that was promised.
